Bush,
backed by Blair, justified the invasion of Iraq by saying that Saddam Hussein
had weapons of mass destruction, biological, chemical and nuclear. They insisted
that he should get rid of them. The Iraqi president said that he had none
and, in these conditions, he could not dispose of them. Later on it was clear
that Saddam Hussein was telling the truth and that Bush and Blair were wrong
at the best, or lying.
